Coordinate 170 is a Japanese command post along the Arakan Joma mountains on the Maymyo Peninsula in Burma.
Geographical information[]
Coordinate 170 is fairly different than the rest of Burma. The surrounding areas are covered with both tall and short reeds and wetlands, while the actual location of Coordinate 170 is a hill with plenty of shallow rock faces and tall grass. An underground Japanese bunker has been constructed at the top of the hill and serves as a command post to all Japanese units operating in the area. Coordinate 170 has been subject to extensive shelling from Allied artillery, and therefor the upper regions of the hill have been decimated. There is a strong Japanese presence here, with many minefields and hidden hatchways.
