The Bedford is similar to the German Opel Blitz T3.6S, featuring two forward wheels and two rear drive wheels. It's primary use is as a troop carrier and a supply carrier. The Bedford was a reliable and could traverse a variety of terrain, carrying troops and supplies to the front. The Bedford had no armor protection and no armament, making it vulnerable to even small arms fire.
The Bedford was developed early in the war by the Bedford company. It was manufactured in the thousands and extensively used by Great Britain for various purposes. It remained in service until and beyond the end of the war.
The Bedford appears only in the tutorial for Hidden & Dangerous 2, at the SAS training camp. The first truck can be found parked next to the Jeep at the garages. A second Bedford QLD can be found parked near the reception hut along the road to the swimming pool.
